Mindforge was founded in Nonthaburi with a straightforward aim: help people develop AI engineering skills that hold up in practice. The name comes from the idea of a forge — a place where raw material is shaped, under steady effort, into something useful and dependable.
The school grew out of a recurring observation made by the founders over years of working with teams building AI-powered software. People who had completed standard online courses often arrived with a reasonable conceptual vocabulary but struggled when asked to construct something functional from scratch. The gap wasn't in enthusiasm — it was in structured, hands-on practice.
Our programmes are designed to address that directly. Every track involves writing code, building projects, and reviewing work — not just reading or watching. The Foundations Workshop gives beginners a solid base. The Project Build Track develops the ability to complete working software. The Mentor-Guided Engineering Programme goes deeper, with one-to-one feedback and portfolio-level builds.

Worked as a software engineer across Thailand and Singapore before turning to education. Kasem designs the curriculum and leads the Project Build Track.

Nattida brings a background in data engineering and applied ML to the Mentor-Guided programme. She oversees code review and portfolio guidance.

Anurak has spent years teaching programming to adults with no technical background. He leads the Foundations Workshop and develops the introductory materials.
How We Approach Quality
Code Review Standards
All projects in the mentor programme undergo structured review with written comments, not just pass/fail marks.
Data Privacy
Learner data is handled in line with Thai PDPA requirements. We collect only what is needed for programme delivery.
Curriculum Review
Programmes are reviewed and updated at least twice a year to stay aligned with current tools and practices in AI development.
Instructor Criteria
Instructors and mentors are assessed on both technical background and communication quality before joining the school.
Learner Feedback Loop
We collect structured feedback at the end of each module and act on consistent findings within the next programme cycle.
Content Accuracy
Technical materials are cross-checked by at least two senior engineers before publication to avoid errors in exercises and documentation.
Practical AI Engineering Education in Southeast Asia
Mindforge operates from Nonthaburi and delivers its programmes entirely online, which means learners across Thailand and the wider region can participate without relocating or commuting. The school focuses on three distinct levels of engagement — an entry-level workshop, an intermediate project track, and a longer mentor-guided programme — each of which is scoped to produce something concrete by the end.
AI development as a discipline spans data handling, model construction, software integration, and deployment. Mindforge doesn't try to cover all of this in a single course. Instead, the curriculum is staged so that each programme builds meaningful depth in a defined area before the next one extends further. This makes the progression more coherent and the learning more durable.
The school works with learners who are starting from scratch, those who have coding experience but are new to AI, and working professionals who want to apply AI methods to their existing work. Programmes are conducted in English, with materials written to be clear and direct rather than reliant on prior academic exposure.
